Cappellini is an Italian design furniture brand founded in Carugo in 1946 by Giulio Cappellini that operates in the field of contemporary design.
During the years the brand Cappellini became famous for its design innovation, launching some of the greatest international designers and manufacturing furniture pieces with top quality standards.
Many of its products have now become international icons, exhibited in the most famous museums of the word such as the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, the Moma in New York and the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
Described as a “tutti-frutti affair, with minimalism offered up alongside pop fashion, computer tech and amoebic forms”, Cappellini’s collections have included works by Tom Dixon, Marc Newson,Satyendra Pakhale, Jasper Morrison, Alessandro Mendini, the Erwan & Ronan Bouroullec and Ora Ito.
