Taiwan-Lantern is a Taiwanese company founded in 1951. Specialized in the production of handmade lanterns for the most important temples of the island, since 2013 Taiwan-Latern has opened up to the international market, modernizing their designs and returning to use of natural materials, making this thousand-year-old tradition dating back to Han period (1045-771 B.C.) known throughout the world. Each lantern is crafted by local artisans using materials sourced on the island.
