The Tangāli Bench is the first piece in the Tangāli collection by INODA+SVEJE. With contours entirely modeled by hand, this piece embodies the skill of the reed weavers, which has allowed the design duo to create innovative designs for Indian furniture. The name "Tangāli", which means "fresh breeze" in Kannada, the language spoken in Bangalore, where Phantom Hands is based, is a tribute to the cool monsoon breeze that accompanied their visit to the city.
Phantom Hands
