Tacchini
Tacchini is an Italian company created in 1967 by Antonio Tacchini. All products are made in the Brianza area between Milan and Como with a strong manufacturing and artisan tradition. This allows the company to directly control their quality, minimize pollution and energy consumption resulting from their transportation. Tacchini has always collaborated with the great masters of design such as Achille Castiglioni and Gianfranco Frattini and still today continues on a path of re-editions that challenges and teaches contemporaneity.
Carlo De Carli
Carlo De Carli, born in Milan in 1910, was an Italian architect, designer and academic considered one of the protagonists of modern architecture and industrial design. Graduated in architecture, he worked in Gio Ponti's studio. He created most of his architectural, exhibition and design works from the post-war period to the early seventies. His work as a creator places the person at the center of the project, privileging the process of forming spaces rather than their being. He won several awards such as the Compasso d'Oro in 1954.
