Ronan Bouroullec

Ronan Bouroullec, French designer born in Quimper in 1971, studied at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et des Métiers d'Art and subsequently at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs. He began his career early by exhibiting at the Salon du Meuble in Paris and collaborating with French design companies. In 1996, his Vase Soliflore entered the permanent collection of the Center Pompidou. In 1998, he was joined by his brother Erwan, resulting in a prolific collaboration. Among his first awards were the Grand Prix du Design of the City of Paris and the New Designer Award of the ICFF in New York.
