The Lazzaro stools by Cimento®, designed by Patricia Urquiola, feature an organic and minimalist design, characterized by sculptural volumes that recall primordial and monolithic forms. The soft curves blend with rough surfaces, obtained through material finishes resulting from the mixing of natural materials, applied over the entire surface to create layered gradations.

Patricia Urquiola
Patricia Urquiola, born in Oviedo in 1961, graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in 1989 with a thesis on "Living as a system", under the guidance of Achille Castiglioni. He began his career with collaborations with designers such as Castiglioni, Botticelli, De Padova and Magistretti. In 2001 he opened his own studio in Milan, now made up of around 70 people, where he deals with the design of objects, interiors, architecture and installations. His work is inspired by the tradition of his land, reinterpreted in a contemporary way.
