Kettal
Since its beginnings in 1966, Kettal has demonstrated an international vocation, focusing on design and innovation. In the early 2000s, it acquired the Hugonet and Triconfort brands, and currently collaborates with leading international designers, including Patricia Urquiola, Rodolfo Dordoni and Hella Jongerius. Kettal's aim is to create functional and expressive furniture that represents a contemporary culture and responds to current living needs. True to its philosophy of respect for the environment, it uses non-contaminating paints and the woods used are protected by the Perhutani certificate.
Patricia Urquiola, born in Oviedo in 1961, graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in 1989 with a thesis on "Living as a system", under the guidance of Achille Castiglioni.
