Bloom
Bloom is a modular lighting system consisting of several basic units shaped like flower petals, the light-weight PET light-transmitting material is fixed on the aluminum profile after being manually bent, and the light emitted by the LED forms a unique and beautiful lighting effect after refraction and reflection. The size can be customized into different lengths and units, so the products can be used in the space with different scales.
Mario Tsai
Founded in Hangzhou in the summer of 2014, Mario Tsai Studio is a research-based studio that relies on innovative thinking to produce sustainable design. Unconstrained by conventional methods, whatever sector or culture it operates in, the studio uses rigorous logic combined with a fluid artistic sense to present works, whether in the form of products, installations, strategies or exhibitions. In recent years, Studio Mario Tsai has dedicated itself to autonomous design research, exploring the origin and logic of things and combining and designing the creation process with macro thinking. The studio is dedicated to the design variables brought about by technological innovation, the unconventional use of materials and structural innovation, with ductility and longevity as the basic principles of its projects.
