Pieter Maes
Designer Pieter Maes, originally from Antwerp and based in Paris, studied at the Design Academy Eindhoven. His work ranges from furniture collections to limited editions for renowned brands and design galleries.
Characterized by sculptural quality and tactile depth, his creations are inspired by an instinctive understanding of ancient artifacts and timeless forms. His pieces embody a duality—either embracing or subverting tradition—in a delicate balance between precision and a dreamlike dimension.
